THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are the Project Manager I am looking for if you are looking for a company that will afford you the opportunity to work on top quality projects with scope for continued career development. You may be a highly experienced PM looking working for large competitor looking for your next challenge or working for a smaller player looking for the chance to step up, either way if you’ve got the passion and the potential I want to hear from you!

THE ROLE

You’ll be the number one on site throughout the Central region delivering industrial shed schemes. As the Project Manager you will build strong relationships with the client in order to achieve repeat business with responsibility for the management of the site team including Site Managers, QS, Administrators and engineers. You’ll take the lead on the construction programme working closely with the planner as well as managing the subcontractors, working closely with the QS and ensuring all project activities are completed with a high regard to health and safety. This a fast paced and exciting role not to be missed.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Project Management experience building industrial sheds. SMSTS and CSCS ideally supported by a qualification but experience is more important.

THE PACKAGE

• £60-65K + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
