Are you an organised, detail-orientated Project Manager looking to develop your already existing skills? Would you like to work for an award winning company on major Civils projects across England? Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for a PM with a well established background in Heavy Civils, Utilities and Water Works that has worked on projects upwards of 40mil

Your responsibilities would be, but not limited to:

- Managing the on-site teams
- Call offs and orders
- working to programme and budget
- Interfacing between other sub-contractors, the general public and local authorities
- Relationship building with client
- Potentially dealing with the environmental agency, understanding the regulations & responsibilities

You would also demonstrate:

- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- High level of relationship-building skills to ensure high-level liaising between different functioning contractual groups
- A good level of functional IT skills
