A fantastic role has come live for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team in London delivering Infrastructure projects primarily in Rail and civils/infrastructure. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will coordinate feasibility studies, design, planning, and procurement and undertake construction stage project management in a flexible working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction Project Management
- Chartered Engineer/Project Manager
- Experience of NEC3/4 Project Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- MS Office Proficient
- AutoCAD Proficient
- A full driving licence
- Experience within infrastructure projects working for a reputable consultancy firm or main contractor
- Programming (MS Project, P6 or similar)
- MapInfo / Arc GIS
- BIM / 3D Modelling
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of building and civil engineering projects
- Representing Employer's throughout the full life cycle of projects.
- Undertaking feasibility studies, option appraisals, cost plans and business cases.
- Working as part of an integrated project management team
- Procurement including preparation of contract documents, drawings and specifications.
- Construction stage project management, monitoring progress against programme, assessing costs for works completed and ensuring quality.
- Working to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.
