Due to the award of a significant national framework, we are recruiting a Project Manager to join our thriving rail consultancy division. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the flexibility to travel frequently between various locations across the UK, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working collaboratively on the mobilisation of a new framework. This position is suitable for someone who has Rail Industry expertise and a solid grounding in site controls and reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Expertise in Rail industry, with experience in worksite management, site controls and reporting
• Energetic, self-motivated individuals with proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to proactively manage all aspects of project control and project delivery
• Experience in the development of project reporting processes and systems
• Confident individuals who work well on their own initiative but also enjoy being part of a multi-disciplinary team
• The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders is essential
• Strong leadership skills
• A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, processes and procedures
• Able to work under pressure to meet timescales

Requirements

• Educated to Degree level / HNC or equivalent
• Industry knowledge gained in transport, construction or manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills and with high levels of attention to detail
• IT literate
