An exciting opportunity exists to join a multi-disciplinary programme management team working as a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager located in Yorkshire. You will be joining a rapidly expanding railway contractor organisation working on a number of key Network Rail Frameworks.

As Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project life cycle on a number of railway engineering schemes as well as team management, development and coaching. You'll ideally need to have a clear understanding of railway processes and procedures and working to client specifications ensuring that all project objectives are met.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Team management experience comfortable with matrix management of project teams up to 20 staff
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Experience of the whole project lifecycle
• Knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6
• The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines
• The ability to have a strong impact and to influence key decisions
