What will I work on?
You’ll work on varying-sized rail projects from £300k - £40M+ both permanent way and S+T.
You'll take ownership of your own projects, work alongside the Senior PMs and you'll mentor the Assistant Project Managers.
You’ll get involved with projects from tender, through design & delivery. You’ll develop your NEC experience along with the corporate governance of contracts.
What does progression look like?
The PM scale is quite broad so progression could mean more money, more rail experience, more responsibility and then the potential to progress into a Senior Project Manager role.
What do I need?
You’ll be super organised, have a “can-do” attitude, be hard working with an analytical & methodical approach to problem-solving.
You might have an engineering or construction-related degree (other degrees will be considered) and you'll have strong experience with NEC contracts.
You'll also be chartered or on the journey to becoming chartered.
