Looking for permanent project manager to manage multiple projects in the Wales and Western area. To deliver projects safely, high quality, within the financial targets and to the satisfaction if customers.

ESSENTIAL

• Multiple years’ experience as a Project Manager in the rail industry
• proven track record of successfully delivering complex within budget and on time
• Strong knowledge of rail infrastructure
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Previous experience working for a tier one contracting organisation
• SMSTS competent.
• Correct CSCS card, PTS (if required) and other identified training.
• Good level of IT skills.
• HND, NVQ or similar in a Civil Engineering/Building or related course.
• Knowledge of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the successful delivery of rail enhancement projects, ensuring the values and standards of the company are upheld at all times
• Adherence to project specifications and safety regulations
• Develop and manage project plans
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
• Keep a clear communication with at all levels of the project
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and anticipating potential challenges
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Conduct regular project reviews, reporting on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators
