An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Material Manager in York. The Project Material Manager will ensure that products, including documentation and certificates, are delivered to project stakeholders.
Role:
The successful candidate will coordinate, consolidate, and secure commitments within the Material Scope in Project Execution.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to tender phase, especially on Project Industrial Organisation
- Ensure the proper set-up of Project Industrialisation process and manage the corresponding deliverables
- Define improvement plans with Project Manager or Sub-System Manager
- Apply Signalling Project Industrial Project
- Coordinate and supervise the Industrial Operations under the following tasks supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic and shipment
Essential Requirements:
- Key interest in technical field
- Good understanding of production and logistic processes
- 3 to 8 years' experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality )
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
Desirable:
- ERP working knowledge
- Project Management knowledge
- Good communication skills
