Rail Project Requirements Manager - Israel

EWI are supporting a prominent engineering firm who are currently seeking an experienced Rail Project Requirements Manager to join their team in Israel for a prestigious metro project that is currently in the design, tender specification, and construction supervision phase.

As the Rail Project Requirements Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our metro project by defining, documenting, and managing project requirements. Your expertise in writing procedures and familiarity with software packages, particularly DOORS software, will be instrumental in ensuring that our project specifications are clear, compliant, and align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to gather, document, and manage project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive requirement documents, procedures, and specifications.
• Utilise software packages, including DOORS software, to efficiently manage and track project requirements.
• Ensure that project specifications are aligned with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve requirement conflicts and changes.
• Monitor and track project requirements throughout design and construction phases.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
• Prepare and present requirement status reports to senior management.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for requirement management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10 years' experience in rail project requirement management.
• Strong ability to write clear and concise procedures and requirement documents.
• Proficiency in software packages, particularly DOORS software.
• Demonstrated success in rail project phases, including design, tender specification, and construction supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Willingness to work in Israel on a metro project during the design and construction phases.
