Rullion require a Project and Commercial Assistant for an industry-leading Rail company, based in Manchester.

37 hours per week
£12-14 per hour PAYE (Umbrella rates available)
Immediate starts are available, this contract is ongoing until at least 2023

Criteria:
* Knowledge of and previous experience of working within a project
* Knowledge of and previous experience of commercial aspects of projects
* Good communication, verbal and written, report writing and organisational skills
* IT skills - competent user of Personal Computer, MS office packages (particularly PowerPoint), e-mail and internet

Description of Role:
* Manage the Variation Order procedure in line with the Train Service Agreement.
* Assist with the monitoring and management customer account and invoicing.
* Interfaces with the customer on new and arising commercial issues.
* Provide monthly KPI statistics and reports.
* Update price uplifts annually.
* Monitor service orders and sales orders to ensure customers are correctly and fully invoiced.
* Manage customer project office and be the interface to the other office stakeholders

Note our client operates under a strict zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol policy. The successful applicant would be required to take a Drug & Alcohol test on day one.
