Job Summary

• Leads Projects with full responsibility for delivery:
• Responsible for job mobilisation, planning, delivery and reporting;
• Manages the day to day workload of project resources;
• Interface management across disciplines;
• Management of subconsultants as required;
• Responsible for all aspects of quality, HSE and sustainable performance;
• Client communications and relationship management;
• Will be required to be involved in bid management from time to time, as well as business development;

Minimum Requirements

• Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
• Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
• Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
• Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Manages other Project Managers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate will preferably have a relevant engineering degree background, along with around 10 years relevant experience. Project Management training and/or qualifications would be expected, along with a working knowledge of the UK Rail Industry.
