Job Summary
- Leads Projects with full responsibility for delivery:
- Responsible for job mobilisation, planning, delivery and reporting;
- Manages the day to day workload of project resources;
- Interface management across disciplines;
- Management of subconsultants as required;
- Responsible for all aspects of quality, HSE and sustainable performance;
- Client communications and relationship management;
- Will be required to be involved in bid management from time to time, as well as business development;
Minimum Requirements
- Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
- Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
- Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
- Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate will preferably have a relevant engineering degree background, along with around 10 years relevant experience. Project Management training and/or qualifications would be expected, along with a working knowledge of the UK Rail Industry.
