A well know Multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager MRT in Philippines.

The Senior Project Manager will undertake project management services for major Infrastructure projects in Manila, Philippines. The role is required to deliver public & private sector projects (both design & construct and traditional design), managing all aspects including scope, resourcing, budget, time and quality. The initial focus will be successful delivery of detailed design for a major design & construct mass rapid transit (MRT) rail project.

Reporting to the Indonesia Infrastructure Leader, the successful candidate will be accountable for successful delivery of major complex multi-disciplined infrastructure projects. The scope of this role includes the following:

* set and meet agreed budgets and deadlines, predict and manage resources required for all project tasks
* manage the financial performance of projects
* responsible for change management on projects, identifying, preparing, submitting and negotiating variations to agreed scope, time and cost with clients
* represent internal and external meetings, developing and improving relationships with clients, and internal and external stakeholders
* manage and contribute to preparing and submitting of expressions of interest and proposals for winning new work
* negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, sub-consultants and suppliers
* able to guide, develop and manage junior staff members in the project team

About you
A Bachelors' degree holder in Civil Engineering (a Masters' degree will be well regarded), you have about 10-15 years of proven industry experience as a Project Manager/Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader in project/design management ideally in a consulting business environment. You have the experience in Project/Design Management of Design & Construct (D&C)/Design & Build (D&B) projects and have relevant industry experience in Project/Design Management of complex transport and Rail/Metro or MRT/Light Rail Transit (LRT) projects within a consulting business environment.
To be successful in this role, you would have the following skills:
* Strong process-oriented project management skills
* A deep knowledge and understanding of multi-disciplinary projects interfaces as evidenced through substantial and demonstrated experience
* Sound working knowledge of relevant project/design management codes of practice, standards and guidelines, and processes.
* Able to deliver high level presentation and confidence to internal and external clients
* Effective written communication, report writing skills and interpersonal skills
