The Opportunity:

Commencing work on a prestigious project in the North East, you will be taking full responsibility for a multi-disciplined Railway package which incorporates P-way, OLE, Signalling, Civils and E&P works. This is a chance to showcase your skills in assessing any buildability issues, managing sub-contractors, and managing the interface between civils and building packages on this large project.

Long-term opportunities are in abundance for successful Project managers within the company, meaning you could see yourself moving forward onto other rail projects throughout the North East, or if you’re open to travel, further high-profile projects around the North and Midlands area.

Package:

The company are offering an exceptional basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000, choice of company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5% pension, health insurance, life assurance and lodging and travel paid if required to work away.

About you:

It is a given, that you’ll have a significant track record managing rail projects for clients such as Network rail. You will have experience of railway systems and civil engineering, with a good knowledge of all rail disciplines.

It is essential that you come from a principal contractor background and have a technical qualification in the relevant field.
