Rail - Project Technical Signalling Manager - Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are working with a major international Engineering Manufacturing firm who, due to commencement of new system works are seeking an experienced Project Signalling Technical Manager to join a new and exciting rail project in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

- Complete responsibility for the signalling aspects of the project delivery.

- Responsible for the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of ETCS Level 2 Signalling technology.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Design, Electrical, Maintenance, Operations and Quality Control.

- Manage the allocated budget and monitor progress and performance for on-time and in-budget delivery.

- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Requirements for the role:

- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience working in rail engineering and manufacturing.

- Expertise in ETCS Level 2 signalling systems and must have direct experience in implementing ETCS signalling systems on railway projects.

- Experience in leading technical teams and successfully delivering large scale rail projects from conception to completion.

- Strong knowledge of CENELEC standards and regulations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:

The salary for this position will range from $130,000 to $160,000 USD per annum.
