We are searching for a Scheme Project manager, that likes to think a little differently. We are looking for someone who can be creative and think outside the box to problem solve and manage a team. The role itself:

  • Working in the railway industry delivering individual projects or parts of projects safely to time, cost and quality
  • Provide a professional, consistent and effective project management service
  • Manage the establishment of the initial project baseline to provide effective measurement and control.

  • Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company/client processes and procedures.
  • Permanent contract
  • Location and normal place of work: Hybrid - Home working & Client offices based in London and the South East

What do you need?


  • Network Rail experience is essential
  • Relevant experience in project management and successfully delivery of Rail projects
  • Design and construction management experience
  • Ability to produce and maintain a robust project programme (appreciation of Primavera desirable)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and controlling project finances
  • Contract management (NEC and NR suite of contracts) experience
  • Knowledge of GRIP and Asset Management Plans (AMP)
  • A good understanding of Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
  • General knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations



In return you will be offered.

  • £35,000 -£50,000 salary
  • Annual Leave 26 days + 1 day for each year of service to a maximum of 2 extra days. Bank holidays are in addition.
