Senior Project Manager (Packages) - Rail

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Packages with a strong background in the rail sector to oversee the delivery of work packages for our rail project. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background and proven track record in managing large-scale rail projects, delivering them on time and within budget.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• Total Minimum Experience: 20 years of total experience in project management roles.
• Rail Sector Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the rail sector.
• Position-Specific Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role or similar position managing work packages in the rail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Work Package Coordination: Oversee the delivery of work packages and ensure all activities reach project completion in line with technical, industrial, and financial goals.
• Project Planning: Review and define the scope and objectives for each work package. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with other project managers and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track progress and performance of work packages, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timelines.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
