A new opportunity to join a large multi-functional consultancy, where you will be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure projects within the rail industry. You will also be heavily involved in regular communication with clients and other key stakeholders. Due to the nature of the work, you must be able to be very adaptable and enjoy a fast pace environment.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects, supported by Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Responsible for the delivery of complex or high impact/consequence projects.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with key stakeholders and especially clients.
• Support the bid team on preparation of fee proposals and bid submissions.
• Identifying, raising, reviewing, and signing off Variations prior to issue to clients.
• Identifying, raising, and resolving or escalating project risks both on an individual project level, and across assigned subset of projects.

Essential Experience:

• 4/5 years experience in project management
• Previous experience delivering railway projects
• Good stakeholder management
• Can commute to Tonbrdige 2/3 days per week
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management

Desired experience:

• APM or Prince 2 qualified
• Worked on Signalling or level crossing projects
• Managed more than 3 projects at once
