Viaduct/ Bridge Project Manager - Middle East

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Viaduct Project Manager for a recently awarded major project in the Middle East.

Opportunity:

My client is an International consultancy firm who have been awarded the contract to provide executive project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for a major Infrastructure project consisting of Road and Rail Viaducts as well as bridges.

Responsibilities on the project:

The Project Manager for viaducts exercises operational supervision over the construction engineers and designers assigned to the project. Provides technical guidance to construction engineers, design engineers, designers, drafters who perform specific tasks on a project. As a point of contact with the client on construction aspects of assigned project or portions of a project, maintains regular contact with project field personnel for progress of work, exchange of information and other Construction and Engineering interface activities. Contacts client counterparts as directed. The ideal candidate will have experience leading construction on viaducts including arches, piers, and columns on a mega project.

Key requirements for the role:

• University degree in Civil Engineering (civil works);
• Ideally A professional license from a recognised licensing board
• Strong experience of supervisory / managerial experience in leadership roles like Project Field Engineer, Project Superintendent, Construction Manager or Site Manager
• 20+ years experience on large Infrastructure projects including Bridges and viaducts and international long-term assignments.
• Regional experience would be beneficial

Language:

Fluent in English is essential

Salary Package:

The salary package shall be $15-18,000 per month (tax free) with a full expatriate package.
