Customer Relation Executive in Glasgow, United Kingdom
The role will require you to work closely with the local community and businesses during disruptive works and be responsible for monitoring and managing all related local activities and relationships.
You will develop strong working relationships with operational route colleagues ensuring customer receive a first-class service along with using our Customer Relationship Management system to log, process and follow up enquiries.
Your experience will include:
- Previous experience in customer services or complaints management would be highly beneficial.
- IT literate; Sound working knowledge of MS Packages, Outlook and previous experience of customer management systems
- Impeccable telephone manner and strong writing skills are essential
- Experience of planning and delivering proactive customer engagement
