PUBLIC BEHAVIOUR ON RAILWAY STRATEGIC SPECIALIST – UK – PERMANENT – £67,000 - £85,000 + £5k car allowance and up to 20% bonus

ARM are working with a rail industry specialist and we are looking for a Strategic Specialist within public behaviour on railways.

About You:

· You will have an excellent understanding of public behaviour, trespass and suicide on railways

· You will have demonstrable experience of strategic thinking an delivery

· You will have a focus on public and staff safety

· You will be able to demonstrate collaborative working and stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties

What you will be doing:

This role will be looking drawing on industry expertise in order to improve public safety on the UK’s railways. You will use your knowledge, influence and strategic thinking in order to help deliver an agenda to improve public behaviour on railways and reduce risk.

This can be based from home with some visits to companies in the UK and occasional visits to the office in London.

Salary for this position is between £67,000 and £85,000. On top of this is a £5,000 car allowance and a bonus scheme that can pay up to 20% of salary. The company also has a generous pension scheme, 30 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) and much more.
