Quality Administrator
Location - Birmingham
Pay Rate - £200-225 per day
Contract Length - 6-12 months
Currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance administrator, to put together a quality document and help with other Qualtiy documentation.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a construction/rail knowledge and have a good eye for detail incorporating all aspects to ensure the client gets final sign off and completed documentation for each area of works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting the Quality team where needed.
- Generate Excel reports
- Scanning, filing and photocopying.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with the Document Control team.
- Assist with Inspection requests
- Assisting Quality Inspectors with paperwork etc.
- Data input into various ICT systems such as Access, Excel, Word, Sharepoint.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Construction knowledge
- Experience of working with ITP's (Inspection and test plans)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel,Outlook and Access and/or dedicated Electronic Document Management Systems Attention to detail, ability to organise paperwork and efficiency is essential.
