Salary: £60-70,000 + Package

What the business is looking for:
As Quality Assurance Manager you will be:
- Supporting the development of the divisional risk based audit schedule based on the risk profile for active contracts
- Partnering with Project Leads to develop and maintain all project and programme specific Quality Plans in line with telent and relevant contract/customer requirements
- Carrying out compliance audits to ensure the requirements of the telent integrated management system and the relevant contract quality management plan
- Providing specialist support to assigned teams to ensure effective quality management arrangements are delivered
- Acting as the primary contact and provide specialist support during customer and external audits of assigned projects
- Ensuring that standards for quality are clearly identified and defined in the relevant project plans
- Identifying and cataloguing the quality related activities and ensuring the requirements for management have been clearly defined in the Contract Quality Management Plan and related contract documents
- Supporting projects to prepare project specific guidelines and instructions where required to deliver contract / customer specific requirements
We'd be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in a Quality Management role (preferably in the Rail industry)
- Expert knowledge of a range of ISO standards (in particular ISO9001:2015; ISO55001 and ISO2000-1:2018)
- Practical experience in the development and implementation of processes and procedures
- Members of the CQI
- Lean or similar continual improvement/root cause analysis training
- Excellent audit competence and experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication
