A well-known Engineering company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for a prestigious Ral project in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Quality Manager will be a qualified professional with a tertiary education in civil engineering or another relevant engineering field and who shall have at least ten (10) years working experience in that field and at least five (5) years' working experience in quality
management of LRT projects, among the responsibilities:
* Extract the specific requirements that are included in the official documentation of the contract (specifications, agreements, etc.)
* Prepare the first edition of the Quality Plan, transferring the specifications, legal and at least those of reference to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10005, ISO 21500, ISO 10006 and ISO31000 Standards, requesting the necessary inputs. Update the document during the development of the project.
* Manage customer approval and feedback.
* Establish criteria for the implementation of the Quality Plan and the follow-ups.
* Attend to project claims regarding quality (NCR) and manage project NCR's.
* Establish the Project Audit Plan and implement it.
* Ensure the preparation by the technical area of the test and inspection plan, and the corresponding updates.
* Being the interlocutor with the partner, the PM and other possible stakeholders.
* Delivery of monitoring reports (Progress Monthly Reports) to report the status of implementation of the Quality Plan.
* Coordinate, plan and lead the audits of the audit schedule.
* Assign to each person the roles of their level or sphere of action.
* Transmit to each team member their corresponding roles and responsibilities.
* Manage the measurement of customer satisfaction
* Identify and plan improvements in the project, lessons learned, corrective actions, etc.
* Confirm that the Quality Plan has been developed throughout its methodological cycle and proceed to its closure.
* Document the closing of the project in terms of quality using the Document Control System.
* Supervise QA and QC team
