The Company

Working to strict health and safety guidelines and QA Audit Regimes to ensure all work is completed safely and deliverable targets are achieved. Leading Line Concern Investigations to the effective identification of Root Cause & establishment of robust countermeasure.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of Quality Control, Inspection or currently an Engineer, within the manufacturing sector, predominately Automotive, Aerospace or Rail. Your attention to detail will be second to none, and you will have the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders across the business.
About the Position
This role will be inspecting the Quality of the product as it leaves the production line, and you’ll be able to investigate the failings, and give detailed information on how to resolve any quality issues.
Taking a Lead in Major / Minor Failure Investigation Meetings and delivering presentations on a variety of Quality topics including Supplier Performance Monitoring, Internal Concern Management Review, Quality Training Themes, etc. to the wider Manager / Manufacturing / Engineering Group.
Providing Technical Support to Internal Departments as a Production QA Specialist, including guidance in the application of Quality Standards, QC Tools & Techniques, etc
The Requirements
You must have excellent working knowledge of Quality Assurance Tools & Techniques, including PFMEA, process Mapping, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Cause & Effect, 5 Why’s, 8-D etc.
You will have the ability to lead meetings with all key stakeholders across the business on Quality matters within production.
Superb knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000 is essential.
You’ll be educated to HNC / HND level, and if you have experience of Auditing that would be an advantage.
Experience of fault finding on electrical systems would be an advantage, but not essential.
