Quality Manager (NEOM Spine) in NEOM, Saudi Arabia
The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Quality Manager to join the construction management team on the Neom Project in Saudi Arabia.

The project is rapidly developing with over 2,800 employees from 86 countries already living and working on-site, it is already laying the foundations of being the new economic model for the country. This role will be supporting our client with the supply of precast segments for railway tunnels.
Job Role / Responsibilities
Your specific duties will include:
- Quality Control: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program to monitor and verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the project's overall quality objectives are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, inspections, and test results. Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Compliance: Ensure that all quality-related activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to project personnel and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with project teams to implement corrective actions.
Location
The role will be based on Neom, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Specialized experience in quality control and quality assurance management, with a strong background in civil engineering and the construction field.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a track record of successful quality management in construction projects.
- Experience working in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries is preferred.
