Due to our ongoing expansion, we are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Systems Assurance and Requirements Engineer to join our highly regarded and progressive Rail Systems & Assurance Team to help build sustainable, long lasting infrastructure solutions across Australia.

You will be part of a highly skilled and dynamic rail systems team where you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and have a major impact on Rail Systems projects across Australia and New Zealand. Your on-going career development will be supported by our experienced senior leadership team and principal systems engineers who are widely known in the industry and highly regarded.

About You:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience post degree completion preferred

• Do you have experience in system architecting, requirements management, interface management, progressive V&V or want to develop your skills in those areas?
• Do you have practical experience of using DOORS to manage large requirements sets?
• Are you interested in using system architecting to de-risk systems integration?
• Do you have practical experience in RAM, HF, Cyber Security?

• Have you worked across one or more phases of the systems engineering lifecycle?

• Are you able to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from different professions and disciplines?
• Can you communicate complex topics in a way that is accessible to others?
• Have you solved a variety of problems during the delivery of projects?
• Do you want to develop as part of a team raising the standard of SESA on infrastructure projects?
