System Assurance & RAM Manager: Tel Aviv

We have a new role available working as a Systems Assurance & RAM Manager working on a major railway project in Tel Aviv, Israel

Ideal candidates will be a Degree qualified expert with over 10 years of experience, which must include working in RAMS/Assurance on at least 1 Light Rail Transit (LRT) Projects

Responsibilities:

Organize and control all the activities are described in the System Assurance Plan.

Its role is to ensure that the General and Detailed design is prepared in accordance with applicable Laws and Permits and that they consider all RAMS requirements.

Compile and Maintain System Safety Case.

Assure risk identification and apportionment in the Project Activities are covered by Internal Safety and RAM Requirements and that Mitigation measures are defined and taken to lead hazards and system behaviour to an acceptable level.

Take in charge Client interlocution related to RAMS issues and details

Maintain a collaborative relationship ant interlocution with System ISA.

Lead System Assurance Working Group and its meetings.

Organize and lead Project Company internal Safety audits during System Lifecycle from early phases up to System Acceptance.

Requirements to apply;

Degree qualified in Engineering or Science based subject

10+ years in railway Systems Assurance & RAMS

Experience managing a Safety Case

Experience on at least one Light Rail Transit "LRT" Project

Strong understanding of railway CENELEC standards

Able to relocate to Tel Aviv for the project
