Role Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Assurance Manager to lead risk management and assurance efforts within a major rail project. This position requires a proactive, experienced professional who can develop, implement, and manage system assurance and risk assessment protocols for complex rail systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems assurance strategies to support project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks.
• Establish and monitor processes for assurance compliance.
• Lead hazard identification and risk analysis workshops.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and project stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met.
• Report on risk management outcomes, presenting data and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years general expereince and 10+ years of experience in systems assurance, with at least 5 years within the rail sector.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and rail safety standards.
• Previous experience in a large infrastructure project, preferably in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
