About the job
To carry out lineside tree survey works throughout the following routes Western, Wales, Wessex and Scotland. All findings to be documented and detailed the work required. To ensure this work is delivered safely within stipulated timeframes to the required standard and at an acceptable cost.
We would like to receive applications from Level 3 surveyors for an exciting new contract covering the South of England, Wales and Scotland
A Level 3 Arb qualification and PTS qualification with Sentinel card is essential.
IWA and COSS are desirable but training in these will be provided if necessary.
We are looking for organised and friendly people who are able to maintain a high level of motivation whilst working alone. You will need excellent communication skills, be adaptable in your work and have a full UK driving license.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience and would be discussed at interview should you be successful in reaching this stage.
Preferred Skills
• PTS and IWA qualifications
• Experience of working in DCCR
• Good understanding of the Sentinel system & how to use the app
• Good knowledge of using track locator
• A full UK driving licence
• Level 3 Arboriculture qualification or above
• Professional Tree Inspection (PTI)
• Excellent planning, organisational skills and IT skills
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• First aid, use of mapping systems and Otis software would be desirable
• Recent D&A medical (within the last three months) would be an advantage
• Be familiar with using the EPIC app (on trac system)
