I am looking for an surveyor with a good engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on asset portfolio on west and central England.

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within an asset management aspect. This role would suit a surveyor.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the engineering element of the works goes according with works plans
• Work to oversee asset inspection documents.
• Assist with engineering design and plans as required
• Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated works.

Essential requirements:

• Engineering background
• Rail experience ideally asset inspection works
• Will need to have current or past level engineer experience

Desirable:

• Ideally having worked on client sided roles
