A major railway systems Contractor is seeking a CMS Surveyor to work in London.

• You will be carrying out surveys of CMS (cable management systems) in a live building site environment. The work is initially for 4 weeks on days.
• You will be measuring and marking up drawings of primary and secondary CMS to compare the differences between tender, construction and what has been installed on-site. CMS is last 4m to communications assets such as CCTV and PA systems.
• Attention to detail is a fundamental requirement, and need to work to a detailed brief being provided by Commercial Manager and other site staff as well as liaising when necessary with client’s representatives.
• Previous experience in measuring conduit runs and associated supporting structures such as Unistrut etc. on site is essential. Must be able to read drawings and understand complexity of site conditions on building sites.
• The ability to update excel spreadsheets is also a key requirement.

Must hold valid CSCS/ECS/JIB card preferably LU ICI also, be able to attend a Site Induction ASAP.

Rate negotiable depending on experience and skills.
