Experience required for this Change Management Quantity Surveyor role:
- Civils based experience and knowledge
- Experience with NEC3 Option C - Target cost OR NR12 contract
- 7 Years experience in commercial roles
- Experience and history of change management
- Meticulous attention to detail

Package offered:
- £400-475 IR35 Negotiable
- Hybrid working
