CHARTERED SURVEYOR – WEST MIDLANDS or HOME BASED – 4 MONTHS – £450 PER DAY

We are working for a client side Railway Client and we are looking for a Chartered Surveyor for a 4 month contract that can be home based or hybrid within their Birmingham office.

About You:

· You will be a RICS qualified surveyor with general practice experience

· You will have land acquisition experience

· You will have demonstrable experience of negotiation and stakeholder engagement

· You will have proven experience of managing complex property transactions

What you will be doing:

You will be working with our clients Access and Acquisitions Team and helping with the acquisition of temporary and permanent land in support of the railway clients planned work and enhancements on their railways.

This role can be worked fully remotely, or hybrid with home and office visits in Birmingham.

The rate for this position is £450 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35
