£450 per day!

We are working with a major consultancy operating within Transport and Infrastructure who are looking to increase the size of their successful team. They currently have a requirement for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their team in Milton Keynes on a contracted HYBRID basis, 3 days a week within the office.

You are required to travel to other sites = 5% - train travel or hire vehicle or own vehicle and claim mileage

The purpose of the Estates Surveyor is to deliver an effective and efficient property service to support delivery of a safe, efficient, reliable and sustainable rail service. To optimise performance of land and property in order to increase Property’s financial contribution to the company’s rail operations and to improve service to its customers

Essential Criteria

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS)
• Commercial practice experience
• Valuation experience
• Property management
• Rail – ideal
• Able to complete commercial delas – rent reviews, lease renewals
• Must have a full driving licence
• Managing a property portfolio carrying transactional and estate management duties including new leases, easements, licences, valuations, project work, variations, terminations, etc. The portfolio consists of blue chip companies seeking rights to utilise land and infrastructure for the business requirements. The industries include telecoms, renewables, energy, commercial oil and gas, statutory utilities, aggregates.
