What can you bring to this role?

• A qualification in Quantity Surveying: BSc, MSc, RICS
• Rail experience would be ideal, but we can also consider a highway, water or environmental background
  • The key is smaller value higher turnover
• The ability to manage a commercial team, having done so in your current or previous role

What will you be doing as MQS?

Working autonomously, as the second in command to the Commercial Manager, on a day to day basis you will manage the commercial team. This is made up of a mixture of AQS, QS, SQS, managing their development and any issues they encounter. You’ll also liaise with the senior management team keeping everyone up to date on the commercial elements of the projects. You’ll also prepare monthly CVRs, final cost value forecasts, submit tender/estimate information and much more.
