Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with management experience looking for your next career opportunity?

Do you have experience working on maintenance / frameworks within the civils / rail sectors?

Our client is an industry leading organisation within the civils and rail sectors who are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Essex on a permanent basis.

The role will involve working on one of their key frameworks in managing the commercial team across multiple sites to time and budget, client liaison in resolving price issues, and change management.

Key Skills:

• Strong Civil Engineering project exposure, preferably on Network Rail Frameworks
• Tenure as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
• Strong Asset Management capability
• Client facing for complex commercial negotiations
