PROPERTY SURVEYOR - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT - £450 PER DAY UMB OR £333.48 PAYE


ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for a professional Property Surveyor within the railway industry.


About You:
* You will need to hold a chartered membership - MRICS or FRICS
* You will need commercial practice experience along with completing commercial deals - rent reviews /lease renewals
* You will need valuation and property management experience
* Ideally you would have Rail experience
* You MUST HOLD a full clean drivers license


What you will be doing:
* You will manage a portfolio of properties undertaking transactional and estate management responsibilities including new leases, easements, licences, valuations, project work, variations, terminations, etc.
* You MUST keep up to date on changing legislation / best practice externally, to inform internal priorities and appropriate alignment.
* You will build and sustain effective relationships with operational customers to understand issues and provide effective response / steer for operational needs.



This position is offices based in London - this a hybrid role with 2 days in office and the rest working from home.


This role is a 12-month contract, which may extend.

The rate for this position is £455 Per Day (Umbrella) OR £333.48 Per Day (PAYE) Inside IR35.
