Due to framework wins in the Rail Sector associated with Control Period 7 and Control Period 8, (CP7 & CP8) my client is seeking to add to their commercial team to support civil and building projects within the Southern Region of Network Rail.  The Contractors framework is a 10-year partnership, building from NEC3 contracts into new NEC4 contracts. 

At the start of a new framework period, a strategic career move can be especially beneficial, theres support for upskilling, and the slow start to CP7 will enable Quantity Surveyors to get their feet under the table and ramp up in efficiency.  To be clear there is plenty of commercial work available across other frameworks.  It is fair to presume that a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new contract and progressive career development should expect to be promoted throughout the duration of the framework, to Senior QS and Commercial Manager.

The Salary is negotiable, especially as the client is keen to speak to both Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.  Choice of location being Hampshire, West Sussex or Kent / London borders. Please contact me to discuss further.
