Pre Construction Quantity Surveyor required for pre contract services.

Purpose of the role;

• Reporting, budgeting, cost analysis to internal and external stakeholders
• Design contracts
• Working alongside various departments within the projects teams including the Estimators, PM, other interal stakeholders to provide details, costing advice for pre and post construction works.
• Produce budgets and costings for internal and external use
• Support the wider team with regards to contracts
• Funding applications

Skills of Interest

• Cost Engineering
• Working towards RICS.

Person Specification, Skills And Experience

• Rail, infrastructure, civils within rail
• Experience within pre contract services/ Pre construction
• Experience working either client side or managing upwards to the client
• Sound presentation and report writing skills
• Drive, determination, passion, flexibility, a positive mental attitude and takes pride in their work
