Due to new project wins and current pipeline our client is looking to hire a permanent Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the rail sector to join their successful Contracts team in Enfield.

Our client is a reputable consultancy within the rail sector who have worked on the UK’s biggest engineering and construction projects.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Rail Line Side Civils project experience (ESSENTIAL), to work across several major projects at any one time across the Southern Region.

Expectations of a Quantity Surveyor:

• Commissions of various size projects within Rail Line Side Civils, M&E, Telecoms and Signalling.
• Demonstrate cost management and proven Rail project experience.
• Hold excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Have experience on NEC or JCT Contracts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined environment.
• Have strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• Hold relevant Degree Qualifications and MRICS
• Be proficient on Microsoft Packages including Excel
