I am currently looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a tier 1 JV in South West London. This high profile project has recently finished the civil works and is pushing towards fit-out. For this role, you must have previous experience managing packages including architectural fit-out, MEP, blockwork, internal and external cladding.
Location: South Wes London
Rate: dependant on exp.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Commercial reporting
- The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
- The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
- The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
- The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
- Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
- Experience working with a tier 1 contractor
- Experience managing fit-out packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
