Our client operates nationally with twelve strategically located regional offices and workshops. They also provide engineering and management consultancy services internationally.
With five main operational divisions, and one wholly owned subsidiary, our client successfully provides design, build, operation and maintenance services across six main sectors covering the spheres of Civil Engineering, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and specialist product manufacturing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained for their projects
- Ensuring appropriate sub contractor agreements are in place across their projects
- Producing accurate monthly internal and external cost value reconciliations across their projects
- Instigating any dispute resolution, ensuring all claim notices are issued.
- Ensuring the prompt settlement of Final Accounts
Candidate requirements
- Must have civils background
- Ideally public realm / highways (Desirable)
- Or at least water piping experience
- CSCS
- Strong Planning & Organising skills
- The individual will also demonstrate they can develop and maintain excellent client, internal & external relationships and have a positive and proactive approach to people & business development.
