Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of knowledge and exposure within heavy Civils or Highway sectors?

Can you deliver and maintain up to date Cost to Complete and Risk Register for multiple major scale projects at any one time?

They are looking for a process driven and thorough Quantity Surveyor, who can work on their own autonomy but also work alongside their expanding QS / Commercial Team and make an immediate impact on their current project pipeline.

The Role as a Quantity Surveyor

• Maintain up to date Costs to Complete and Risk Register on current projects.
• Preparation of requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of payments through to accounts.
• Production and management of early warning and change notices.
• Assist in identifying and managing all commercial risks and opportunities, carry out value engineering exercises.
• Preparation of project final accounts.
• Maintain site records for plant including labour, materials etc.
• Oversee commercial costings on bids, budgets, and tenders across all Civils projects.
• Ideally you will have Sub-Contract experience.
