Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2.

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation.
·Cost control and forecasting.
·Preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
·Assisting with Risk and Value Management.
·Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and Customers' representatives.

Location: London + hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + travel allowance up to £6500

Requirements:
·RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
·Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the rail industry.
