Job Title: Quantity surveyor

Salary / Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 + package

To be suitable for the position you must have.
- Rail Experience is essential
- NEC works
- Civils
- Strong experience with on a target cost contract's
- Bridge reconstruction & refurb
- Monthly turnover across the projects is cumulatively circa £800
- New station development.

Role Information;
As part of our strong commercial team, you will support the team to manage project costs from concept to completion. You will oversee contractual commitments and challenge and support to identify best value solutions. With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.
