QUANTITY SURVEYOR - LONDON - CONTRACT - £300 PER DAY

ARM are currently working with a major infrastructure group who specialise in construction across different sectors. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their London team on a contract basis.

About You:

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying - Or experience equivalent.

- You will have previous experience in the railway industry focussing on rail and civil projects

- Also you will need Experience of infrastructure projects

What you will be doing:

IN this position you will be working on large infrastructure projects for the client ensuring that everything is being done on time and to the best quality. Specifically you will be preparing activity schedules, resource schedules & analyses tender documents, critically appraise, estimate and negotiate the above with 3rd parties, and analyses the commercial progress and report to senior project staff

This position is based in the centre of London and will require presence onsite and in the office, hybrid working is negotiable

What you can expect in return:

This position is on a contract basis and is paying £300 per day inside IR35.

For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK permanently
