As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will:

• Utilise your expertise to manage costs, negotiate contracts, and provide accurate financial forecasts, ensuring the project remains on budget and on schedule.
• Analyse data, assess risk, and implement innovative solutions to maximise efficiency and mitigate potential issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years within a Quantity Surveying position.
• Ideally have previous experience working on Aviation projects or within Airports.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MS Excel, CostX, or similar QS tools
