Exciting Opportunity for a Talented Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will:

- Collaborate with a world-class team of industry experts, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of every aspect of the project.
- Utilise your expertise to manage costs, negotiate contracts, and provide accurate financial forecasts, ensuring the project remains on budget and on schedule.
- Analyse data, assess risk, and implement innovative solutions to maximise efficiency and mitigate potential issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years within a Quantity Surveying position.
- Ideally have previous experience working on Aviation projects or within Airports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MS Excel, CostX, or similar QS tools
