Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor

The company is a well-established and fast-growing Rail Consultancy who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. My client would also be interested in speaking to Assistant Quantity Surveyors, looking to take a step up.

The role would be based in Huddersfield, flexible with some home working.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:

- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Management of contracts from inception to completion
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements


Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:

- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Experience of working with NEC/NR contracts.
- Relevant degree or qualification in the field.


Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:

- Up to £55,000 per annum
- Competitive benefits package available.
