Coleman James are recruiting with our client in search of a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent, full time basis.

Duties:

• Work closely with Commercial Director.
• Work on roughly £2.5 million depot based projects.
• Working with subcontractors.
• Administer the client payment cycle including final account and project change.
• Reporting.

This role will be full time Monday-Friday based in the office, with minimal travel to the sites which would be all expenses paid.

Experience required:

• Rail background would be beneficial but not essential.
• NEC project experience.
• Able to commit to full time in the office, which is commutable from Yorkshire and Midlands areas.
