Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor

I am working with a well-established Main Contractor, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The company operates on rail projects across the UK, and this role would entail managing the contracts for the Network Rail portfolio.

My client would also be interested in speaking to Assistant Quantity Surveyors, looking to take a step up.

The role would be based from their office near Wembley, with occasional travel to Kent.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• Ensure monthly, interim and final valuations
• Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
• Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements

Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail track maintenance contracts
• Have good interpersonal communication (verbal, written and listening) skills
• Relevant degree or qualification in the field.

Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• Up to £50,000 per annum
• Competitive benefits package available.
